AI/ML Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC – HYBRID Role

Long Term contract

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F) Interview - Mandatory

NOTE: The final round will be conducted onsite at the client location. Candidates shortlisted after virtual rounds must be available for an in-person interview.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in designing and deploying scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI architectures, and Python, along with experience building production-grade LLM applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications using Python.
Build and maintain LLM-powered solutions using LangChain.
Develop stateful, multi-agent workflows using LangGraph.
Architect and implement Agentic AI systems including planning, reasoning, tool-calling, and memory management.
Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into enterprise systems.
Implement prompt engineering and model optimization strategies.
Develop REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask for AI model deployment.
Deploy solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Ensure scalability, monitoring, and performance optimization in production environments.
