Job Description: Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong technical background to support software development IT projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. Ideal candidates will lead discovery and documentation of business and technical requirements, create process models and specifications, manage stakeholder communications, and drive user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams. This role blends business analysis with cloud SaaS project delivery and requires the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences and to operate with independence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong track record delivering cloud-hosted SaaS implementations
- Proficiency with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management practices
- Experience with automated requirements and development management tools
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
- Proficient in writing user stories and working with JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Ability to analyze and document system processes and facilitate stakeholder collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts
- Healthcare project experience and data/enterprise data modernization is a plus
- Technical background; PMP or equivalent certifications are desirable
