Orlando, FL | IT Support Specialist | Fulltime

We are actively recruiting an IT Support Specialist for our client in Orlando, Florida. This is a directhire opportunity that will require 100% onsite support at their Orlando location, with minimal quarterly travel to other Florida sites if an onsite presence is needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in customer service, enjoys handson troubleshooting, and wants to support a highvisibility administrative and legal operations environment. Must have strong foundational IT support skills and the ability to communicate clearly with nontechnical users.

Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position supports one of the organization s larger administrative hubs, partnering closely with legal teams, executives, and multiple business units. The role provides a blend of Tier 1 support, device setup, and user administration, with remote backup from infrastructure teams. While deep technical specialization isn t required, exceptional customer service and problemsolving are essential.

Active Directory

Strong customer service & communication skills

Solid troubleshooting ability (logicdriven, not expertlevel)

Basic networking / network troubleshooting (CCNAs considered overqualified)

DAYTODAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Tier 1 support including hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting

Manage tickets: log, track, and resolve incidents in the ticketing system

Perform Active Directory / M365 administration: user setup, password resets, group & license management

Deliver remote support via phone, email, Teams chat, and remote access tools

Set up and image workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices

Escalate complex issues to infrastructure teams and maintain documentation in IT Glue

Translate technical information into clear, userfriendly explanations

Apply ITILaligned best practices for incident and change management (preferred)
