Product Owner - Loan Servicing (Versana / Loan IQ) Role Summary: We are hiring a Product Owner to support a loan servicing platform integrated with Versana. This is a niche contract role focused on backlog ownership, cross-functional coordination, and supporting the client's ongoing Versana implementation. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in syndicated loan servicing and deliver immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities: - Own and prioritize the product backlog for loan servicing (Versana / Loan IQ)
- Translate business requirements into clear features and user stories
- Collaborate with technology teams and external vendors for end-to-end delivery
- Act as the primary contact for production issues, escalations, and enhancements
- Manage production triage and issue resolution
- Support UAT execution and oversee production releases
- Work in Agile environments using Jira and user-story-driven development
Required Experience: - Hands-on experience with Versana (strongly preferred) or Loan IQ
- Product Owner/Product Manager experience with backlog ownership
- Strong understanding of syndicated loan servicing operations
- Experience in Agile environments (Jira)
- Experience with UAT and production deployments
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Background: - Experience working with large financial institutions (e.g., top global banks)
- Direct experience working on Versana implementations
- Knowledge of Versana lifecycle: integration design, data flows, event consumption
- Loan IQ experience as a closely related skill set
- Technical background is a plus (not mandatory)
- 2-3 years of relevant Versana experience preferred
Additional Context: - Versana is a new platform transforming syndicated loan servicing
- The client is currently behind in implementation and needs immediate support
- Role involves working on complex business execution and strategic initiatives

Pay Range: $60 - $65
