Job Title: Product Owner - Loan Servicing (Versana / Loan IQ)Location: Charlotte, NC - 550 S. Tryon St (3 days onsite)Contract Length: 6 months Pay Rate: $61 - $65Top Requirements:5+ years Business Execution / Implementation / Strategic Planning experience.Experience with Versana and/or Loan IQ (Versana strongly preferred).Product Owner or Product Manager background with backlog ownership.Strong understanding of syndicated loan servicing operations.Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, user-story driven delivery).Plusses:Experience going through the Versana lifecycle (integration design, connectivity, data flows, event consumption, functional design).Background in large financial institutions (e.g., J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, Citi, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, U.S. Bancorp).Loan IQ experience.Basic technical exposure (not required, but useful).2-3 years of Versana experience (maximum, due to platform maturity).Job Summary:In this contingent assignment, the Product Owner will support Loan Servicing application integrated with Versana, playing a critical role in backlog ownership, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring efficient servicing of syndicated loans. This role requires deep domain expertise in Commercial Lending-particularly syndicated, bilateral, and agency loans. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with technology teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage production issues, guide enhancements, support UAT cycles, and drive delivery within an Agile framework.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Own and prioritize the loan servicing product backlog, including Versana and Loan IQ integrations.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear features and user stories.
- Partner with Technology teams and external vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Serve as primary contact for production issues, enhancements, and escalations.
- Coordinate production triage and help drive issue resolution.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and production release management.
- Work within Agile frameworks using Jira and user-story-driven development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Commercial Lending, Servicing, and Technology.
