We're hiring experienced Cable Technicians to support a massive ISP/OSP ramp-up for a brand-new hyperscale data center build.
If you have strong hands-on experience with cabling, terminatig, copper work, and Fluke testing - this is where you thrive.

  • Install J-hooks, ladder rack, cable tray, fiber runner, and support structures
  • Build out IDF/MDF rooms from the ground up (racks, patch panels, hardware)
  • Ground and bond equipment as required
  • Assist with rack & stack, equipment mounting, and pathway installation

Teamwork & Leadership on Site

  • Work both independently and with a structured crew
  • Communicate with supervisors and escalate when needed
  • Help keep pace with project timelines and ensure safe work practices
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, especially in a hot, high-volume data center setting

What You Bring

We're looking for techs who can handle the intensity of a hyperscale build and deliver clean work.
  • Cat5/Cat6 install & crimping
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Experience in live data centers
  • Understanding of QA best practices

Work Environment

This is a high-energy, high-output construction-style data center environment:
  • Indoor & outdoor work
  • New build data center - hot, no AC, lots of walking
  • Ladder & lift work (heights involved)
  • Hauling materials long distances
  • Working in IDF rooms, risers, rooftops, and open data halls

Guaranteed 40 hours minimum per week
Overtime is optional, unless not enough volunteers step up.

Why This Role Matters

With massive ISP/OSP expansion underway, skilled technicians are needed to keep the project on track and ensure all fiber/copper systems are installed safely, correctly, and efficiently.
Your work directly impacts how fast this new hyperscale data center goes live.

  • Punch tools (110/66)
  • Tone set
  • Crimp tools
  • Fiber splicing equipment
