Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with communicators, marketers, and program managers to identify target audiences, marketing objectives, and key messaging.
  • Research market opportunities and recommend the most effective channels and tactics.
  • Create and manage campaign plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

Content & Creative Development
  • Develop compelling digital marketing content, copy, and creative assets.
  • Partner with agencies, designers, and creative vendors to produce high-quality campaign materials.
  • Support integrated campaigns that may include digital and traditional channels such as print and radio advertising.

Digital Advertising & Channel Management
  • Manage campaigns across:
    • Paid Social Media
    • Organic Social Media
    • Paid Search (SEM/PPC)
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Digital Display Advertising
    • Email Marketing (eBlasts and Newsletters)
    • Podcast Sponsorships
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and audience engagement.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights, trend analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Educate internal teams on digital marketing best practices, emerging trends, and platform capabilities.

Vendor & Budget Management
  • Representative with publishers, advertising agencies, and external vendors.
  • Review media plans and campaign recommendations to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Conduct audits of invoices, budgets, and media investments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor relationships and campaign deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management and strategy.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Paid Social Media Advertising
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Email Marketing
    • Digital Display Advertising
    • Web Analytics
  • Experience analyzing campaign results and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Working knowledge of:
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Web Analytics Platforms
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with higher education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and consulting skills.
