Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients across a variety of healthcare settings. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patients'' physical and emotional conditions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient status and clinical emergencies.
• Communicate significant patient changes to physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Provide wound care and other specialized nursing treatments as required.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, disease management, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient-care conferences.
• Follow infection-control, medication-safety, and patient-safety procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Provide compassionate, culturally respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient education as required.
• Maintain professional competency through continuing education and training.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Additional certifications may be required depending on the assignment or specialty.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes.
