RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a growing nationwide technology company is seeking a Senior UKG Workforce Systems Analyst to support and optimize the UKG Pro platform across workforce, HR, and payroll operations in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 remote) with a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, and 401(k) match.
Summary:
This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT and is responsible for system configuration, integrations, reporting, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules (Timekeeping, WFM, workflows, security, business rules)
* Manage system updates, enhancements, and configurations
* Administer and troubleshoot integrations with Workday and other systems (APIs, SFTP, data feeds)
* Serve as primary support for UKG Pro issues and enhancements
* Build reports and dashboards using UKG BI/Data Hub and deliver actionable analytics
* Partner with cross functional teams and provide user training and documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
* 4-7+ years of hands on UKG Pro administration and configuration experience
* Experience with at least one full UKG Pro implementation (Timekeeping or Advanced Scheduling)
* Strong reporting/analytics skills (UKG BI, Data Hub; Tableau a plus)
* Solid understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes
* Experience with integrations, data governance, and compliance preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
