RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst - UKG (Hybrid) in Scottsdale, AZ.
Summary:
A growing national technology company is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with strong UKG Pro Timekeeping/WFM experience. This is a hybrid role (4 days onsite/1 remote), and we are working directly with the hiring manager. Competitive compensation including base salary, bonus, and 401(k) match.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the techno functional SME for UKG Pro Timekeeping/WFM and related HCM systems
* Configure and maintain pay rules, accruals, employee profiles, workflows, and reporting
* Partner with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and support roadmap initiatives
* Monitor integrations and data feeds between UKG and other systems
* Design reports, dashboards, and analytics to support workforce insights
* Ensure system enhancements are tested, documented, and compliant with data privacy standards
* Identify opportunities to optimize and consolidate functionality within UKG Pro
* Mentor and support other HRIS tea
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* At least 4-5+ years of HRIS/WFM experience, including HCM
* Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Timekeeping, including at least one full implementation
* Strong UKG configuration, reporting, and security experience
* Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Nice to haves: UKG Scheduling, Workday Payroll, Zebra Scheduling, test automation, TOGAF, or BOST
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
