🔹 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault PromoMats Business Analyst / Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Veeva Vault PromoMats solutions for regulated Life Sciences organizations.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of Life Sciences domain expertise, PromoMats implementation experience, business analysis, solution architecture, Veeva configuration, and MLR process knowledge.
This role will work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory (MLR), Commercial Operations, and IT/Technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that improve promotional content creation, review, approval, distribution, and governance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis
Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
Analyze current-state promotional content and MLR processes.
Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications.
Develop process maps, use cases, user stories, and requirements documentation.
Recommend best practices for promotional content and digital asset management.

Solution Architecture
Design end-to-end Veeva Vault PromoMats solutions aligned with business objectives.
Architect solutions supporting:
Promotional Review Committee (PRC)
MLR workflows
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
Claims Management
Content Expiry Management

🔹 Required Qualifications:

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field.

Experience
5+ years of Life Sciences industry experience.
3+ years of Veeva Vault PromoMats implementation experience.
Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial organizations.
Strong business analysis and solution design experience.
Experience leading workshops with business stakeholders.
Experience working in GxP-regulated environments.
