Role name: Workday Business Analyst – Core HCM & Talent Acquisition

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition (TA) modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, support system enhancements, and optimize Workday functionality in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
Provide functional support for Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition modules.
Configure and maintain business processes, workflows, and system enhancements.
Support UAT, system testing, and Workday bi-annual releases.
Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure smooth system operations.
Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
Provide onsite stakeholder coordination and communication support.

Required Skills:

8–10 years of Business Analyst experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday.
Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition modules.
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD, user stories).
Strong experience in UAT coordination and stakeholder communication.
Experience working in onsite client-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday Certification in Core HCM and/or Talent Acquisition.
Experience working in large enterprise Workday environments.
