We re looking for a highly skilled data and analytics professional who can turn complex data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact business problems and guide decision-making at a senior level.

What You ll Do


  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand complex challenges and define analytical approaches
  • Use advanced data analysis and modeling techniques to solve large-scale business problems
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence strategy and decision-making
  • Create compelling presentations and visualizations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Gather, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality analysis
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and validation processes for transparency and compliance
  • Support implementation of recommendations and help operationalize solutions
  • Stay current with emerging tools and technologies in data science and analytics
  • Identify opportunities to improve data processes, create new datasets, and generate deeper insights
  • Ensure all work aligns with risk management and compliance standards

Key Skills & Expertise:


  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to structure complex business problems into clear analytical frameworks
  • Experience delivering data-driven recommendations that influence leadership decisions
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling
  • Strong storytelling skills ability to explain complex insights clearly and concisely
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience In:


  • Portfolio optimization and asset allocation
  • Scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
  • Property valuation and lease analysis (NNN, gross, modified gross)
  • Forecasting and trend analysis
  • Data validation and quality assurance
  • Decision science methodologies
  • Data visualization best practices

Technical Skills


  • Strong experience with tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, or similar analytics platforms
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., BI tools)
  • Familiarity with modern data techniques (data wrangling, data mining, etc.)

Qualifications


  • Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science),
  • OR equivalent experience (4+ additional years in lieu of a degree)
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics or decision support
  • OR 6+ years with an advanced degree
