Location: Charlotte, NC - Dallas, TX - Minneapolis, MN - Phoenix, AZ - Iselin, NJ

Duration: 18 Months

Pay Rate: $62/hr

Job/Role Description:


  • This role leads moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the ServiceNow technical domain and data engineering environment.
  • This position contributes to large-scale planning of strategies and platform enhancements.
  • This position designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents solutions for projects and programs associated with the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades and deployments.
  • Reviews moderately complex technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of technologies, procedures, and analytics tools
  • Resolves moderately complex issues and leads teams to meet business needs while leveraging strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborates and consults with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve project goals
  • Leads projects, acts as an escalation point, and provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff
  • Designs and implements solutions in the ServiceNow environment to address business requirements and deliver analytics capabilities
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify solutions for business needs and provides accurate estimates for requested work efforts
  • Participates in Agile SCRUM ceremonies, manages user stories, and adheres to sprint schedules while handling multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Applies heavy data analytics skills across multiple platforms, including ServiceNow Platform Analytics and PowerBI, to deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions
  • Leverages full-stack development expertise to build and enhance web applications and integrations


Required Qualifications


  • 4+ years of data and analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform; CSA or CAD certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and analytics tools
  • 2+ years of full-stack web development experience using .NET or Angular
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow Platform Analytics and data visualization across multiple platforms
  • Solid background working in Agile/Scrum environments, including gathering requirements from user stories and adhering to sprint schedules
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, resolve complex technical challenges, and mentor junior team members
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with proven prioritization skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with required onsite presence 3 days per week
