Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Loyalty Management solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the overall loyalty architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architecture and design of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud / Loyalty Management solutions.

  • Define scalable and secure system architecture for loyalty programs, promotions, rewards, and member engagement.

  • Translate complex business requirements into high-level architectural solutions and technical designs.

  • Provide technical leadership and best practices for Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.

  • Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and other systems such as Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and external platforms.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of loyalty initiatives.

  • Establish governance, architecture standards, and technical documentation.

  • Lead code reviews, solution reviews, and guide development teams through implementation.

  • Support testing strategies, deployment planning, and post-implementation optimization.

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud / Loyalty Management architecture.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization.

  • Deep understanding of customer loyalty programs, rewards strategies, and engagement platforms.

  • Experience designing complex integrations (APIs, middleware, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).

  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture patterns, data models, and security frameworks.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certifications (Application Architect / System Architect / Loyalty Management / Platform Architect).

  • Experience in Retail, Travel, Hospitality, or Customer Loyalty programs.

  • Experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations.
