We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Cloud professional to design, implement, and optimize loyalty program solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management, integration capabilities, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Loyalty Cloud (Loyalty Management) solutions
- Configure loyalty programs, tiers, rewards, promotions, and member lifecycle management
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows, and APIs
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, Marketing Cloud, POS, etc.)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data integrity, security, and platform best practices
- Perform testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Optimize loyalty campaigns using reporting and analytics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud / Loyalty Management
- Strong knowledge of:
- Apex, SOQL, LWC
- Salesforce Flows & Process Automation
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Data Modeling
- Experience with system integrations
- Understanding of customer engagement and loyalty program design
- Salesforce certifications (PD1 / Admin / Loyalty Management preferred)
