Job Description
The Product Leader will be responsible for the strategy, design, development, and delivery of AI and digital solutions across the enterprise. This role will manage initiatives from ideation through enterprise-scale implementation, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, align AI and digital capabilities with strategic priorities, and deliver scalable, innovative solutions that transform enterprise systems, platforms, and client-facing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and product owners to shape the AI and digital product vision, define key use cases, and prioritize strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and strategy through execution, deployment, and optimization.
- Develop and drive AI and Data strategies by collaborating with technical teams to integrate AI, machine learning, automation, and digital technologies into existing products and operations.
- Oversee the integration and management of structured and unstructured data into AI models and digital solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and product leaders, serving as the primary liaison between the Data & Digital organization and business units.
- Lead execution of AI and digital initiatives by coordinating resources, timelines, dependencies, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Define and monitor KPIs and establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve product performance and user adoption.
- Ensure all AI and digital deployments adhere to ethical AI practices, security policies, privacy standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Manage risks associated with AI solutions, including data security, model explainability, scalability, and platform reliability.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in:
- AI Product Ownership
- Digital Product Leadership
- Enterprise Technology Innovation
- Product Strategy & Delivery
- Proven experience delivering AI and digital solutions at scale within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of:
- AI/ML technologies
- Digital platforms
- Data architecture
- Product design and delivery methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile and enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership across multiple business functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data governance, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to automation, predictive analytics, NLP, and GenAI solutions.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
