Title: PLM Process/systems Architect

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Job Description:

We are seeking an Expert to lead technical execution of the planning, development, and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies to resolve manufacturing problems as well as guide the development of the next generation of Product Lifecycle Manufacturing (PLM) system.

This high level role acts as the technical authority, bridging complex business processes across the value stream. The ideal candidate will transform Aero Operations strategic objectives into business requirements defining the process elements of the product digital thread for manufacturing in collaboration with supply chain management, IT, Quality, E&T, Sustainment and the Digital Transformation Office for coordination with other functions.

Basic Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive effective solutions in fast-paced implementation

Working knowledge of designing systems and architecture and their manufacturing applications

Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and the related integrations between these systems.

Experience in Aerospace manufacturing systems, business processes, and/or methods with the ability to utilize that knowledge in developing a digital manufacturing system

Strong interpersonal skills with operations technical concepts and non-technical stakeholders

8 years experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

8 years Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

15 years experience in Aerospace manufacturing systems, and business processes

10 years combined experience in Production Scheduling, Complex Assembly Bills of Material, Process Plan, Condition of Supply, Tooling, Configuration Management, and/or Workflow processes.

Desired skills:

PLM (Teamcenter and/or 3DX) and ERP (OneAero, ERP4C and/or S4/HANA) manufacturing applications with experience in Production Scheduling, Complex Assembly Bills of Material, Process Plan, Condition of Supply, Tooling, Configuration Management, and/or Workflow processes.

Cross-functional experience within the product digital thread

Work with cross-functional teams for best solutions to support the business

Ability to partner with IT team
