What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex technology or financial services transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of post-trade processes, including trade capture, booking, commissions, fees, reconciliation, positions or P&L.
- Experience conducting current-state analysis, developing future-state designs, defining requirements and creating process maps.
- Experience supporting migrations from legacy platforms to strategic platforms.
- Experience with data mapping, interface analysis, APIs or event-driven integrations.
- Experience with SQL or kdb+/q, including querying, analyzing and validating high-volume trade, commission, fee or reference data to support requirements, reconciliations, testing and issue resolution.
- Experience defining UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria and production-readiness requirements.
- Strong delivery-management skills within engineering or technology teams, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders without formal authority.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
