Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead strategic Data & Analytics initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of key initiatives within the Data & Analytics portfolio, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and focus on business outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
  • Drive the development and adoption of data products that enhance reporting and analytics capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Champion data governance practices and ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
Skills
  • Proven experience in Product Ownership, particularly in Data & Analytics or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and data quality concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and modern analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Background in financial services or insurance industries.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in analytics.
