Job Title: High-Speed PCB Design Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced High-Speed PCB Design Engineer to support a 6–9 month remote project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing high-speed printed circuit boards (PCBs) using Altium Designer or Siemens Xpedition. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of PCB layout best practices, signal integrity, and high-speed digital design.
Required Qualifications
- (Mandatory due to security regulations)
- Proven experience in High-Speed PCB Design
- Strong hands-on experience with Altium Designer and/or Siemens Xpedition
- Experience designing complex, multi-layer PCBs
- Knowledge of high-speed routing, impedance control, differential pair routing, and signal integrity
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, or other high-speed interfaces
- Familiarity with PCB manufacturing and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) guidelines
- Experience working on aerospace, defense, telecommunications, or other regulated industries is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-speed PCB layouts for complex electronic systems
- Create and maintain PCB layouts using Altium Designer or Siemens Xpedition
- Ensure compliance with signal integrity, power integrity, and manufacturing requirements
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize board performance
- Review designs, resolve layout issues, and support prototype builds
