Are you an experienced C# .Net Developer who excels at building complex, data-heavy business systems? We are looking for a skilled programmer to join our team in Richmond, VA to design and maintain high-quality applications.

Location & Work Arrangement

Location: Richmond, VA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Must be 100% onsite for the first month. Afterward, transitions to a hybrid schedule (maximum 2 days remote per week).

Technical Core Requirements

C# / .NET Core (3.1+): 5+ years of expert-level programming.
Angular: 2+ years of front-end development.
gRPC: 1+ year (This is a core requirement for data transfer).
SQL Server & T-SQL: 3+ years of experience with complex database transactions.
No REST APIs: This environment specifically uses gRPC and internal frameworks rather than standard Web APIs.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain large-scale, menu-driven business systems (e.g., claims processing, payroll, or insurance applications).
Build new screens and reports that handle large volumes of data (scrolling, selecting, and complex Add/Update/Delete transactions).
Debug and optimize code for high-performance in-house applications.
Collaborate in an Agile environment to identify technical risks and project milestones.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience: Minimum 5 years in C# development.
Systems Knowledge: Proven track record with large-scale "order-entry" style business logic.
Bonus Skills: Experience with ColdFusion, COBOL, or other legacy languages is a plus.
