Angular Developer / Full Stack Software Developer

We are seeking an Angular Developer to support enterprise application development and platform modernization initiatives within a large financial services environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing responsive, component-based user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and modern frontend development practices. This position involves working across the software development lifecycle in a SAFe Agile environment, collaborating with backend developers, QA, product, and security teams to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Angular 14+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
• Build responsive, accessible, reusable, and component-based user interfaces.
• Implement reactive programming patterns using RxJS, state management, and modular UI architecture.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Contribute to application development involving Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Support CI/CD processes, automated testing, deployments, and application maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Maintain source code using Git-based repositories, pull requests, and version control best practices.
• Document user stories, technical specifications, and development activities in Jira.
• Support knowledge transfer and documentation of application functionality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Angular 14+.
• Strong understanding of RxJS, state management, and modular UI development.
• Experience building responsive, accessible, component-based user interfaces.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
• Experience working within the software development lifecycle and SAFe Agile framework.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience with frontend development in a financial services environment.
• Familiarity with Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery processes.
• Experience with Git version control, pull requests, and branching strategies.
• Experience with Jira for tracking user stories and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to contribute to design reviews and code reviews.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting frontend and backend issues.
