Role Overview

This Sourcing Recruiter position focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier technical and sales talent. The role supports Business Operations and Strategy functions within the Go to Market teams. The primary responsibility is to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various high-demand roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage technical and sales talent through innovative sourcing strategies.
• Recruit for specialized roles such as Solution Architects, early-career demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift rapidly.
• Adapt sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback and evolving business needs.
• Utilize creative search techniques and tap into non-obvious talent pools to build candidate pipelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve pipeline obstacles independently.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Take ownership of pipeline metrics and refine sourcing approaches based on data insights.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate a foundation in technical recruiting and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced settings. This includes proven experience sourcing technical and sales talent and an agile approach to managing multiple, shifting priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $26.00 to $36.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
