Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
  • Support project management activities by coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Assist project managers in planning, reporting, and ensuring timely completion of project activities.
  • Maintain communication across project teams and ensure proper documentation and tracking of risks, issues, and action items.
  • Ensure all project artifacts are organized and stored appropriately.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, schedule, and attend project-related meetings.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
  • Track project documentation and deliverables.
  • Follow up to ensure timely completion of project activities.
  • Share updates and relevant information with project team members.
  • Track project risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Assist project managers in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Monitor project status and update tracking systems.
  • Create reports based on project work breakdown structures.
  • Support documentation of project scope and high-level requirements.
  • Disseminate project schedule information to stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper storage of project artifacts.
  • Communicate project updates and coordinate with team members.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field with at least 1 year of IT-related experience.
  • Or Associate s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of IT-related experience.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Should Have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with collaboration and documentation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree or Associate s degree in a related field required.
