Database Technology Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Database Technology Manager to oversee and optimize database solutions while ensuring their reliability and performance. This role involves managing a range of database technologies and infrastructure, supporting business operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain database systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Oversee the administration of Active Directory and Citrix technologies to support business operations.
Provide advanced desktop administration and hardware support across the organization.
Deliver remote desktop support to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Lead efforts to implement and sustain a culture of continuous improvement in technological processes.
Administer applications to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database strategies with organizational goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex database and system-related issues.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or upgrades.

Requirements

Proven experience managing database systems and related technologies.
Strong expertise in Active Directory and Citrix technologies.
Proficiency in desktop administration and computer hardware support.
Demonstrated ability to provide effective remote desktop support.
Familiarity with fostering a culture of continuous improvement in technical environments.
Experience with application administration and integration.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
