Job Description:
As the Design Lead for Financial ERP modernization, you will spearhead the transformation of legacy financial systems into a streamlined, future-ready ERP environment. Your primary responsibility will be to guide the end-to-end design process, ensuring that the new system architecture aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map out workflows, and develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the adoption of modern financial processes and ensuring seamless integration with existing business functions.
To excel in this role, familiarity with ERP platforms—particularly Deltek—will be highly advantageous. Exposure to process mapping, requirements analysis, and change management methodologies will help you navigate the of large-scale system modernization. Experience leading design workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, and implementing user-centric solutions will position you for success. A background in financial operations, system integration, and iterative design processes will further support your ability to deliver impactful results in this dynamic environment.
Role Responsibilities
· Lead the design and modernization of financial ERP systems, with a focus on Deltek solutions
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
· Develop and implement innovative design strategies to enhance ERP functionality and user experience
· Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
· Provide guidance and mentorship to design and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize ERP workflows
· Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership
· Ensure design deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines
