We are seeking an Medicaid Business analyst to bridge the gap between business programs and IT organizations for a major healthcare technology initiative in South Carolina.

Position: Business Analyst Advanced

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Core Skills We Are Looking For:

Government IT Projects: 5+ years of experience acting as a BA within government environments.
Requirements Engineering: 5+ years of experience eliciting, mining, and documenting complex business rules and workflows.
Healthcare / Medicaid Domain: 3+ years of direct experience in Medicaid or the healthcare insurance space.
Process Modeling: Strong expertise in mapping As-Is and To-Be business processes using graphical process flow software (like Visio).
Policy Mining: Proven ability to interview stakeholders and extract technical requirements from dense laws, regulations, and policy documents.
Communication: Exceptional English proficiency with a strong background in writing formal requirements, Use Cases, and presenting to executive leadership.

Preferred Extras:

Hands-on project or operational experience with MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Project / Project Server.
A Bachelor's degree in a Technical, Business, or Healthcare field.
