Summary

We are seeking a high-level Medicaid Business analyst to drive a major multi-year modernization effort. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business operations and technical IT delivery to transform healthcare infrastructure.

Logistics & Work Arrangement

Location: Columbia, SC (Must be a current SC Resident)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Interview Process: 1 Round (Virtual/Online)

Mandatory Requirements

Commercial Healthcare: 7+ years of experience.
State Medicaid Systems: 3+ years in payer system integration and delivery.
MITA Knowledge: 3+ years of familiarity with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture.
Data Standards: 6+ years of experience with EDI, standard data structures, and file formats.
Business Analysis: 6+ years in process analysis, methodology, and cross-functional project leadership.

Highly Desired Skills

Experience with Federal Certification requirements and processes.
Background in Project Management within large-scale technology integrations.
Expertise in driving business design sessions and data configuration for core modules.

Essential Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, or Healthcare field.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to mentor team members.
Compliance: Must pass mandatory Criminal, Credit, and E-Verify background checks.
