Technical Project Manager - Remote / Telecommute

• The Technical Project Manager will lead medium to complex enterprise integration and middleware projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing the complete project lifecycle.
• This role requires strong technical knowledge in integration services, messaging systems, managed file transfer platforms, and middleware technologies while ensuring successful delivery of project objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirement/Must Have:

• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
• 5+ years of project management experience managing medium to complex technical projects.
• Strong experience with enterprise integration and middleware technologies.
• Experience with IIB MQ, Axway Secure Transfer, Connect Direct, IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Control Center, and IBM Sterling Secure Proxy.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), messaging brokers, file transfer solutions, and PaaS technologies.
• Strong analytical, leadership, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Experience:

• Experience managing enterprise integration and middleware implementation projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and diverse subject matter experts.
• Experience identifying project dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with project lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage medium to complex enterprise integration and middleware projects.
• Coordinate project teams and assign work to project members.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
• Track project milestones and adjust project plans and resources as needed.
• Manage project communications with technical SMEs, business stakeholders, and executive teams.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and establish project priorities.
• Ensure early identification of project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Guide issues to resolution and escalate obstacles when necessary.
• Support or oversee business requirements gathering and scope management activities.
• Deliver status reports, presentations, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Perform additional project management duties as assigned.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
