Summary

Join a leading Canadian financial technology organization that provides custody, brokerage, and trade execution solutions to independent wealth management firms. As an Associate Product Manager you'll join a Digital Product team during a major platform modernization initiative, working across B2B financial services, digital platforms, technology, and client experience. This is an opportunity designed for an emerging product professional looking to build deep expertise in a complex, highly regulated environment.

This is an opportunity to learn product management from the inside out while contributing to a mission-critical platform transformation. You'll work alongside experienced Product Managers and technology leaders helping to migrate a legacy platform while gaining exposure to users, workflows, business operations, technology, and regulatory requirements. Over time, your insights will help shape the future product roadmap, giving you a clear path toward broader product ownership and responsibility.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, digital product, operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn complex business domains and workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with digital platforms, client-facing applications, or operational systems
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to balance detailed execution with longer-term product thinking
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, brokerage, custody, or fintech
  • Exposure to highly regulated or complex B2B environments
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools
  • Experience working with third-party platforms or integrated technology ecosystems
  • Interest in platform modernization and digital transformation
