Job Details

As an Electrical Foreman, you will supervise and coordinate electrical installations on-site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and your crew to implement project plans, manage resources, and ensure compliance with all electrical codes and safety regulations. With at least three years of experience in electrical construction and strong leadership skills, you will motivate your team to achieve project milestones and maintain exceptional workmanship throughout the installation process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians to ensure the successful installation of electrical systems on-site.
  • Review project plans and specifications, ensuring understanding and adherence to established workflows and timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align project goals, schedules, and resources.
  • Monitor work quality and compliance with all electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure that team members follow safety protocols and precautions.
  • Train and mentor junior electricians, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices in electrical work.
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement of electrical materials, ensuring supplies meet project requirements.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and troubleshoot issues related to electrical installations promptly.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical installation or construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership role (Foreman or Lead Electrician preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or completion of an apprenticeship program preferred.
  • Valid electrical license or certification as required by state or local regulations.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
