Data Engineer with snowflake Exp-Hybrid-Full time

We are seeking a highly experienced Snowflake Data Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, AWS, SQL, and modern data engineering practices, along with experience working in Agile environments within financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data warehouse solutions using Snowflake

• Build and maintain data pipelines integrating data from multiple sources on AWS

• Develop and support Java-based APIs for data access and integration

• Work closely with business and analytics teams to enable reporting and visualization using Power BI

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and reliability

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices for data platforms

• Support and troubleshoot mission-critical data applications with minimal downtime

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery

• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the data engineering team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing environments

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake

• Experience working with AWS cloud services

• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts

• Experience with Java API development

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies

• Exposure to financial services domain is a plus
