Description- Own campaigns end-to-end from conception through execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment (Product, Strategic Planning, U4B leadership, Deployment, Performance Marketing, Data Science.
- B2B marketing strategy (not execution on the deployment side)
- Have experience in ideating their own campaigns and coming up with channel mix tactics, audience targeting, content design, measurement strategy
- Comfortable understanding impact via incremental measurement, testing, etc.
- Proven experience owning and driving end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across owned channels (email, in-app, push)
- Ability to manage a complex network of stakeholders and translate business needs into impactful campaigns
- Experience working across multiple regions ( EMEA, LATAM)
- Own CRM marketing initiatives for a product or vertical
- Provide strategic recommendations on channel mix and campaign approach
- Partner with Data Science and Analytics to inform strategy based on performance insights
- Act as the programmatic liaison to execute campaigns, including:
- Managing intake SLAs and prioritization
- Partnering with Project Management to drive stakeholder alignment
- Supporting rollout of global/regional initiatives
- Participating in key syncs and prioritization forums

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
