Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Software Development Engineer to join our engineering team at Signify Health. This position is focused on developing innovative healthcare technology solutions that transform how care is delivered in the home. You'll have the opportunity to work in a growing, collaborative environment where you can develop your technical skills while directly contributing to healthcare outcomes for millions of individuals.

*This is a fully remote position with hybrid options available for candidates located near Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Feature Development - Build robust, scalable features using React Native and Swift for our clinical applications
  • Code Review & Quality Assurance - Participate in code review processes to learn best practices and maintain high coding standards across the team
  • Learning & Growth - Actively learn from senior developers and contribute to technical discussions and solution design
  • Production Support - Assist with technical support for production issues, including troubleshooting and debugging under guidance
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Technical Documentation - Contribute to technical documentation for systems and processes

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of professional software development experience, specifically with mobile application development in an iOS environment.
  • Proficiency in React Native
  • Eagerness to learn and grow as a developer
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Eagerness to work with AI

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Swift
  • Proficiency with Cursor, Copilot, and/or Claude
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience using AI coding tools
  • Experience with Apple Enterprise or internal App Store deployment
  • Healthcare technology or regulated industry experience
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$64,890.00 - $173,040.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
