SAP Functional Business Analyst will support and enhance SAP Human Resources solutions with a focus on Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA). This role partners closely with HR IT and business stakeholders to analyze business processes, support system functionality, and contribute to successful SAP enhancements and implementations.
Partner with HR IT and business stakeholders to support SAP HR initiatives and system improvements.
Provide functional expertise in SAP Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to support business and operational needs.
Participate in requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and support activities.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, issue identification, and validation.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and support system enhancements.
Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing functional support activities.
Contribute to implementation and enhancement efforts while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Required Skills
Functional expertise in SAP Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
Experience partnering with HR IT teams and business stakeholders.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others.
Experience supporting and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
