Infrastructure Specialist Power Platform & Copilot Studio

Location: Oaks, PA (Senior/Hands-on)

Core Objective

Operationalize Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform as an enterprise-grade Agentic AI platform. This is a platform enablement and governance role, focused on infrastructure and security-not app building or citizen development.

Key Responsibilities

Environment Architecture: Design and enforce a multi-tenant strategy (Sandbox, Dev, Test, Prod) using Managed Environments. Implement environment routing and Entra ID-based access control.
DLP & Security: Own the configuration of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. Classify connectors (Business/Blocked), prevent data exfiltration, and establish connector approval workflows.
Copilot Studio Enablement: Provision environments, install the Copilot Studio Kit, and manage message capacity/licensing (PAYG vs. Packs). Define security roles for authors vs. consumers.
ALM & Governance: Establish lifecycle foundations, including promotion paths (Dev Prod), approval gates for publishing agents, and decommissioning procedures.
Cost & Operations: Manage Power Platform/Automate cost growth, ensure billing attribution at the environment level, and maintain platform hygiene.
Enterprise Integration: Support MCP-based or custom connectors while ensuring alignment with security posture.

Required Qualifications

Deep Administration: Proven hands-on experience in enterprise Power Platform administration.
Governance Expert: Demonstrated experience designing and enforcing DLP policies in regulated environments.
Security Literacy: Strong mastery of Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, and conditional access models.
Independence: Ability to make architectural decisions and unblock technical hurdles with minimal supervision.
