- Experience in end to end test automation delivery using Selenium WebDriver with Java across multiple Agile releases
- Design own and evolve scalable automation frameworks Page Object Data Driven BDD where applicable
- Define automation strategy test approach and coverage aligned to business and quality goals
- Hands on development and maintenance of regression smoke and integration test suites
- Integrate automation into CICD pipelines using Jenkins Git MavenTestNGJUnit
- Collaborate closely with Developers BAs and DevOps to enable shift left testing and early defect detection
- Analyze automation results publish quality metrics and drive defect triage and root cause analysis
- Mentor and technically guide automation engineers enforcing best practices and coding standards
- Support API and backend testing REST DB validations alongside UI automation
- Ensure test delivery adherence to Agile SAFe processes quality standards and timelines
