Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (HRSD)

Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite/Hybrid as required)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules, ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules HRSD, WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) , Source to Pay modules
- Design HRSD solutions that align with business goals and scalability requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide architectural blueprints for implementation.
- Help HRSD projects through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities.
- Knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise HR systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with demonstrated ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovate.
- Experience in examining and re-engineering business processes.
- Customer-focused approach to work, with ability to interpret and address complex requirements.
- Experience with scripting, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow customization features.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
- Experience with ITIL principles and best practices.
