Location:

Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Hybrid schedule with onsite work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and remote work on Tuesday and Thursday

Duration:

Approximately 6 months (maternity leave coverage)

Overview:

A nationally recognized pediatric healthcare organization is seeking a Digital Website Producer to support its main website and microsites. This role will focus on managing and updating web content, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality digital experience for patients and families. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a large-scale CMS environment, including a transition from Sitecore to Drupal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute updates to website content and microsites
  • Maintain content using CMS platforms (currently Sitecore, transitioning to Drupal)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to adapt content for target audiences
  • Advise on web best practices, layout, and usability within existing templates
  • Tag and optimize content to support performance tracking and KPIs
  • Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Identify opportunities to improve user engagement and conversion
  • Monitor website health, including resolving broken links and maintaining site structure
  • Provide technical support to CMS users and assist with training during the transition to Drupal
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Familiarity with front-end JavaScript
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and related tools (such as BrightEdge or similar)
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work with senior-level stakeholders
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), and information architecture (IA)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sitecore and/or Drupal
  • Experience working in healthcare or large enterprise environments
