OverviewWe are seeking a Desktop Support Lead to provide technical leadership and hands-on support across a multi-site environment. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality desktop and infrastructure support, partnering with business stakeholders, and ensuring IT services align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership capability, and customer-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced desktop support for hardware, software, and end-user issues, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction
- Lead and coordinate local IT support activities, including desktop services, endpoint management, and on-site infrastructure support
- Troubleshoot and support a broad range of technologies, including servers, networks, and end-user computing environments
- Act as a primary IT point of contact for business leaders and executives, ensuring alignment between IT services and business needs
- Manage and maintain IT assets, including hardware lifecycle, inventory, and deployment processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Drive continuous improvements in support processes, documentation, and service delivery standards
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and best practices across supported locations
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience across infrastructure technologies, including servers, networking, and desktop environments
- 3+ years of hands-on desktop support experience with strong troubleshooting skills
- 2+ years of experience working directly with business leaders or executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Windows environments, enterprise applications, and endpoint technologies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to support high-visibility users
Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading or mentoring desktop or field support teams
- Familiarity with IT asset management and lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting geographically distributed environments

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
