PC Deployment Technician (3-Month Project)Overview:We are seeking PC Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale thin client replacement initiative across multiple locations in the Madison area. This is a hands-on, project-based role focused on preparing, configuring, and deploying thin client devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and configure thin client devices at a centralized staging location
- Perform onsite deployment and replacement of devices across various Madison based locations
- Troubleshoot hardware and basic network connectivity issues during deployment
- Support Active Directory tasks including user/device setup and access verification
- Document work completed and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with a team of technicians to complete deployments on schedule
Required Skills:- Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, connectivity, and end-user support)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Ability to follow structured processes and deployment timelines
Nice to Have:- Internship experience in IT
Project Details:- 3-month contract
- Schedule: Primarily afternoon/evening hours (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
- Combination of onsite travel and centralized staging work

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
