We're seeking a Transportation & Systems Analyst to enable network planning and routing strategy in a high-performance, data-driven logistics environment. This role is critical to optimizing delivery speed, reducing costs, and elevating customer experience through advanced transportation systems and analytics.

This position is on site in Temple, TX. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do
  • Develop static, cyclical, and seasonal routing strategies using advanced routing tools
  • Build baseline routing frameworks supporting Dispatch and Transportation leadership
  • Provide expert-level support for transportation systems (data integrity, upgrades, maintenance)
  • Analyze routing and fleet data to improve efficiency, mileage, and delivery ETAs
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance asset tracking and delivery visibility

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Experience in routing software and fleet tracking systems (PeopleNet a plus)
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Access, Excel, and data management tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Willingness to support 24/7 operations as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
