Job Description
We are seeking a Process Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise process management, operational risk governance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement and a proven ability to drive process improvements, ensure policy adherence, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end tracking of Enterprise Process Management (EPM) and Global Tech (GT) deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution.
- Manage Core Technology Infrastructure's Single Process Inventory (SPI) to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, Enterprise Process Management and Global Operational and Compliance Risk Management policies and standards.
- Participate in Horizontal routines, represent the voice of the line of business, and cascade information appropriately.
- Review process dashboards, analytics, and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive adherence to enterprise policies, operational standards, and risk-based practices.
- Foster partnerships across lines of business, risk partners, and process owners for alignment and timely execution of priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and second-line risk partners to manage operational and compliance risk proactively.
- Influence and collaborate across organizational levels to embed accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee CTI issues alignment, including standardized processes, proactive SPI assessments, and timely remediation.
- Support the evolution of process management through gatekeeping, governance routines, and continuous improvement practices.
- Champion operational excellence initiatives that modernize platforms, improve efficiency, and promote standardization.
- Enable digital transformation by introducing workflow tools, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements.
- Develop strategic relationships to drive value, build partnerships, and sustain a collaborative culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field. MBA or certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma preferred.
- 5+ years in process governance, operational risk, or relationship management roles.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency with productivity software, including Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with process lifecycle management, policy governance, and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Experience preparing executive communications for leadership forums and risk committees.
