Role Overview
This role will support IFM policy and related processes. This includes daily oversight of reviewing and decisioning Line of Business (LMI) and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software process deliverables. The position involves process improvement, documentation maintenance, and SPI metric management. A strong focus on technology governance, risk, and oversight is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance policy-related learning and training materials.
- Create and maintain Policy, Process, and Procedure documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with governance standards.
- Review and analyze compliance surveys to support decision-making and remediation activities.
- Track, analyze, and report metrics to monitor performance, compliance, and process effectiveness.
- Partner with software owners to clarify expectations, deliverables, and governance requirements.
- Manage recurring monthly meetings, including agenda development, facilitation, and documentation of minutes.
- Review deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
- Provide support to internal partners and stakeholders as needed.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Demonstrated experience in policy and process management, including governance and control frameworks.
- Experience in the IT Risk or IT Audit field and a background in IT infrastructure technology.
- Experience in Banking Technology.
- Ability to partner well across teams within a large, highly matrixed organization.
Technical Skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel, including data analysis and Power Query.
- An understanding of IT Infrastructure Technology (networks, servers, platforms, data centers, operating systems, midrange/mainframe).
- Familiarity with System Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC), Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, and Information Security concepts.
- Familiarity with infrastructure, security, and policy governance/oversight concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, and COBIT standards.
- Familiarity with major regulations impacting the financial services industry (e.g., Sarbanes Oxley, Dodd Frank, GDPR, FFIEC, CFTC).
- Experience with survey creation and management tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with banking processes and governance tools is a plus.
- Exposure to automation and AI-enabled tools; Copilot proficiency is an advantage.
- AI prompt writing skills.
