Summary

Senior Project Manager || Harrisburg, PA || Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to drive large, high-impact IT initiatives, including a Training Management System (TMS) replacement and ongoing web infrastructure support. The PM will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full project lifecycle (planning, design, development, testing, implementation)
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
Track progress, risks, and issues (RAID), ensuring timely resolution
Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders
Manage scope, change control, and project documentation
Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership
Ensure compliance with PMO standards and methodologies
Facilitate communication between business, IT teams, and vendors
Mentor junior project management staff as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience managing complex IT projects
PMP certification (minimum 5 years)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI/PMO)
Experience with cross-functional teams and large-scale implementations
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

Experience with SaaS implementations
Bachelor s degree or equivalent technical experience
