Requirements
· 10+ years of experience in software development and business analysis.
· Strong expertise in Java, Python, and Full Stack Development with a focus on backend
development.
· Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery.
· Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and technical analysis skills.
· Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
· Experience integrating with or supporting third-party enterprise applications, including
Workforce Management (WFM), CRM, and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) platforms.
· Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and Python, with a
strong emphasis on backend services.
· Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
· Develop and support integrations with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and third-party systems such as WFM,
CRM, and ACD platforms.
· Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application
performance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to deliver high-quality software
solutions.
· Prepare technical documentation, support system enhancements, and drive continuous
improvement initiatives.
Good to have knowledge on: WFM (WorkForceManagement), API Integrations.
