Job Overview:
Pay Range: $33.60hr - $38.60hr
  • The Senior Administrative Business Partner provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership.
  • This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating events, supporting business operations, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders.
  • The candidate will play a key role in driving efficiency, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Experience:
  • 5 7 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or project management roles.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, shared drives, and communications using Google Suite tools.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with administrative teams to plan and coordinate meetings, events, and offsites.
  • Support logistics for meetings with external partners, including preparation and follow-up.
  • Lead execution of internal events using virtual platforms and advanced technology setups.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate recruiting logistics including interview scheduling, candidate hosting, and onboarding.
  • Plan and manage team-building events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Handle vendor and speaker coordination including contracts and payments.
  • Maintain organizational charts and support special projects.
  • Provide coverage for team members as needed.
  • Support contracting processes and ensure timely agreement execution.
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with virtual meeting tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
Should Have:
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement or purchasing systems.
  • Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Trello and Zoom.
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance administrative efficiency.
