Job Description:

As Technical Specialist in .NET play a crucial role in leading the design and development of high-quality software solutions while ensuring adherence to client requirements. This position emphasizes the importance of innovation, and continuous improvement within the team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives technical excellence and client satisfaction.

• Architect, Design, And Develop Robust .Net Applications Through the Team, Ensuring Alignment with Project Specifications and Delivery Timelines.
• Promote and govern adoption of GitHub Copilot across development teams.
• Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In .Net Technologies, Providing Guidance and Support To Team Members and Stakeholders.
• Conduct Research On Emerging Technologies and Implement Enhancements To Existing Solutions, Ensuring They Meet Current Quality Standards and Client Needs.
• Train And Mentor Team Members In .Net Development Practices, Fostering A Culture Of Knowledge Sharing and Talent Development To Mitigate Project Delivery Risks.
• Analyze Client Specifications and Deliver Tailored Solutions Leveraging .Net And Sql Server, Ensuring A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Domains.
• Review And Assess Project Deliverables Against Established Quality Benchmarks and Industry Best Practices, Providing Constructive Feedback.
• Identify Opportunities For Client Value Creation Through Innovative .Net Solutions and Implement Leading Industry Practices To Enhance Project Outcomes.

Must have skills:

• Expert Knowledge in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, GitHub
• Experience applying AI-assisted development practices within SDLC, leveraging GitHub CoPilot
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation & Container technologies (Docker).
• Strong Experience with Sql Server for Database Management and Optimization.
• Proficiency In Software Architecture and Design Patterns.
• Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
• Familiarity With Agile Methodologies and Project Management Practices.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Service Domain
