Must have skills:

1. Expert Knowledge in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, GitHub

2. Experience applying AI-assisted development practices within SDLC, leveraging GitHub CoPilot

3. Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation & Container technologies (Docker).

4. Strong Experience with Sql Server for Database Management and Optimization.

5. Proficiency In Software Architecture and Design Patterns.

6. Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.

7. Familiarity With Agile Methodologies and Project Management Practices.

8. Experience in Banking/Financial Service Domain

4. Conduct Research On Emerging Technologies and Implement Enhancements To Existing Solutions, Ensuring They Meet Current Quality Standards and Client Needs.

5. Train And Mentor Team Members In .Net Development Practices, Fostering A Culture Of Knowledge Sharing and Talent Development To Mitigate Project Delivery Risks.
